NEXACTLY AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 16-30 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product/service.
  • In case you feel that the product/service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 16-30 working days of receiving the product/service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the NEXACTLY AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • In case of any replacement post the approval will be delivered in 9-15 working days.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At RehabVeda, every device is quality-checked, tested, and sanitized before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and their usage in rehabilitation and healthcare settings, we follow a strict and transparent return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a physically damaged product
  • You received a manufacturing-defective product
  • You received a wrong product or incomplete package

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos sent to our support team.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used, worn, or installed
  • If the product is working fine but the user does not wish to continue therapy
  • If improvement is not seen (since clinical results vary by patient)
  • If damage is caused due to misuse, mishandling, power issues, water damage, or physical abuse
  • If the seal is broken or accessories are missing
  • If the product is returned without original packaging

Replacement / Exchange Process

  • If your case qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or repair after verification.
  • The defective or wrong product must be returned to us before the replacement is shipped.
  • Replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned unit.

Refund Policy (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
  • If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping & Handling

  • In case of verified manufacturing defect or wrong shipment, RehabVeda will bear return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Rental Device Policy (Important for RehabVeda)

  • Rental devices are not eligible for return or refund once delivered and activated.
  • Security deposit will be refunded only after device is returned in proper working condition, subject to inspection.
  • Any damage, missing parts, or abnormal wear will be deducted from the deposit.

Medical & Performance Disclaimer

RehabVeda is a rehabilitation and assistive technology device. Results depend on patient condition, severity, consistency of use, and neuroplasticity. We do not guarantee specific medical or recovery outcomes.
