1. Purpose

Rehab Veda’s buyback program allows patients to recover some cost after their rehabilitation period while ensuring devices can be refurbished and provided to new patients at affordable prices.

2. Eligibility

  • Buyback is valid only for devices purchased directly from Rehab Veda or its authorized distributors.
  • Device must be in working condition with no major damage.
  • Device must be returned with all accessories and packaging.
  • Valid only for devices returned within 12 months of purchase.

3. Buyback Value

4. Conditions

  • All accessories (glove, headband, charger, cables, case) must be included.
  • Missing or damaged parts will be deducted from buyback amount.
  • Devices with water damage, tampering, or failed inspection will be rejected.

5. Process

    Submit buyback request to Rehab Veda support.

    Provide purchase invoice & serial number.

    Ship or schedule pickup of device.
  • 4
    Rehab Veda inspects device within 7 working days.
  • 5
    Payment made via bank transfer within 10 working days.

6. Notes

  • EMI customers must settle remaining EMI before buyback is processed.
  • Buyback is not applicable on rental plans.
  • Rehab Veda reserves the right to revise buyback rates without prior notice.
